FOR GOD'S SAKE DON’T LAUGH

As a poem I wanted to write,
I eagerly rushed  the window side.
Before taking  pen and paper pad,
I tied my hair with a nice band
Then set the fan to run in full,
Have kept mosquito coil near my stool.
Arranged the lamp on left hand side,
And a ‘KITKAT’ to have a frequent bite -
And of course a glassful of orange squash,
Then pulled, near to me, the flower vase.
Okay, so now I am ready to write,
A beautiful poem, by the window side.

Now, I should write a poem on LOVE,
Oh no! It's really very tuff!
Permutation of ‘I LOVE YOU’
It is boring and difficult too.
Better I should write something funny,
That will bring the smile to many.
Alas! Words and rhythms are on opposite pole ,
And there's no satellite to communicate my soul.
Writing poem! I'm perspiring all over,
I never thought it to be such severe.
But I will definitely write a poem, I swear
To myself, soon I will go forth and conquer.

Should I bring some poems and make it a mix?
Oh No! There is tremendous risk.
Go Heaven! I will try it some other day again,
Trying more today, will be all in vain.
Hurrah! It's a poem... a poem

Really a poem!!
