Yummy Homemade Chocolate






In my home all the three of us are just crazy about desserts and most of my favourite recipes are based on desserts too. But now both me and my husband are trying to control our madness over those. I don't know how, but my recipes came to know that! And one day they started shouting at me, "You don't love us anymore"! Err... I decided to make them a little happy. I am sharing them with my friends. 

Who doesn't love chocolate? Let us make some at home and spread love in this festive season.


Ingredients: 

Dark cooking chocolate-100 gm
White chocolate - 100 gm
Nuts of your choice.  

Procedure

Take  dark cooking chocolates and white chocolates. Melt both the chocolates separately through double boiling. Crush the nuts. Now pour the liquid chocolate of your choice up-to half of the mould. Put some nuts on top of it. And again pour other variety of chocolate. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Take it out. Enjoy.



Tips- Never heat chocolate directly on gas. Take a pan with water, put the bowl with chocolate within it, stir continuously, the gorgeous golden brown color will appear gradually.
